Forget Santa and his pesky lists of good girls and boys, Restaurant City doesn’t care if you’ve been good or bad. They broke into Santa’s toyshop and brought you everything on your Christmas wish list. Those Playfish elves must have been mighty busy making all those toys you’ve been dreaming of. And I guess you must have been good after all because look here … you’re getting a pony! It’s a super cute one, too. But what do toys have to do with serving food? Everything!! You just need your Cooktommus Prime Stove and Megashake Kitchen Tyrant, both of which transform before your eyes from toys to kitchen appliances and back again. So, Restaurant City cooks, it’s time to roll out some new dishes and décor. Who knew cooking could be so much fun?

Could you update the free gift items? I need Cherry and Ice Creams. and other things. recently, you made recipes with free gifts ingredients, but I ran out of them because I have used them for Bowling Alley/ Lounge Bar/ Coffee Bar.

Interesting theme. I also find it intriguing that you guys released the “best” items of the week before the theme update took place. Hmm.

Nice theme. Most people like action movie gonna love it. I sure will buy Arcadion, Run out Arcade, and Whack a Mole machines. You folks know how to get PFC players to pull our credit card. Smart thoughts :bd
I have comments on the Candy Maker. I understand NO ONE should work for free, including you folks. We all have families and bills need to pay. However, to master this dish requires 90 PFC to purchase ingredient is ludicrous. Keep in mind 90PFC can be used to purchase at least 3 PFC arcade machines available under FUNCTION section. This sure isn’t a positive strategic move.
Instead of the radical change to make players spend PFC to buy ingredients to master a dish, your team should consider set up a guideline on offering freebies in the New Year. Majority of players do not spend real cash on games. These players spend on other entertainments like vacation, shopping, movies, and dine out instead. This is a fact that we can’t change these players to spend their money elsewhere. Therefore, a policy & rules in place is very important to your team. After all, we all need revenue to maintain business running and paying employees.
If players can get FREE Arcade to earn $1800.00 coins every 4 hrs, there is no advantage for players to pay real cash to get an arcade earn the same amount of coins every 4 hrs. I am VERY CERTAIN as of this moment there is still NO rules have been set up by your team on giveaway free earn coins machine. There is NO CLEAR distinguish on the ADVANTAGE of PURCHASE earn coins machine VS. FREE earn coins machine.
There are lots of ideal strategies to maximize PF profit margin and revenue goal for the a new fiscal year without upset RC loyal players. I’m certain PF received plenty of feedback on improvement to play this game. However, I suspect PF did not receive much ideas on how to aim and optimize the profit margin to reach the new fiscal year financial goal. This is something that should be changed and done after the New Year, not now at year end. I urge PF to reconsider permitting the candies available to purchase in coins from the market boy so players can master the candy maker dish before the deadline Dec 13th. We all want a JOLLY holidays to celebrate with our RC family. I trusted PF and its employees want all of RC loyal players have a happy jolly holidays also.

It’s obvious that you’ve spend some time on this response. I agree that they need to learn from their mistakes and successes if they want to improve their profit margin.
However, I disagree that they should put a limit on the “free arcades,” as you call them. I have invested my time to save up for a lot of blue arcades so that I can have coins. These coins equate power, if I don’t want to spend real money on this game. They have already removed the green arcades, which I assume is a move in this direction. But if they do plan on phasing out the arcades, I’ll be disappointed. That’s like changing the rules halfway through the game. Yes, it’s their game, but that will hurt a lot of beginners. I’ll be fine, but hurting other players will cut the longevity of this game. As a result, RC will die and we’ll all be left with no game.

This is unbelievable. 2000 coins for one stupid tile? No one has that much to spend on a tile! If I wanted to have these tiles for my restaurant, 324 squares (not including the garden extension), it would cost me 648000 coins… Not worth it, despite how cool they look. Congratulations Playfish, you’ve managed to turn me away from another theme, because of how expensive everything is.
I hope that the Christmas theme won’t cost players so many coins, or else you will lose a lot of players.

Agree completely. 2000 for tiles are outrageous!

I just want to say Thank you to Playfish for bring back almost all of the old Christmas Xmas recipes. I wasn’t able to have them on my menu last year and I really appreciate that the GK is giving them out. =D

What do we have to do to get PF to fix the “you have received too many gifts today” error??? I filed a complain more than a month ago, the ticket is closed but the error remain! some of my friends and I get that error after opening only 2 crates. PF FIX IT NOW!
Thanks and have a nice day
