Where to Find The Ghouls Ghouls will appear outside you or your friends restaurant and on the street. Make sure to visit gourmet Street were you will find rare Ghouls not found anywhere else!!
Rewards All rewards will change daily, allowing you 24 hours based on GMT clock to collect each enough Ghoul zapping points to collect each item. Make sure to log in daily to keep those ghouls away and collect your prizes.

As you level up and receive each daily prize your friends will also get a free gift to celebrate with you, make sure to publish the free gift to your wall to share with your friends.
What is the weird pumpkin bar on the right hand side of my screen?
This is your Ghoul Meter! Every time you click on a nasty ghoul wandering about Restaurant City, your Ghoul Meter starts to fill up! Once it reaches the top, you’ll get a prize!
Clicking on the pumpkin at the top of the meter will let you know how many points you currently have, Today’s top prize and how much time till the next set of prizes are reset for the day !!!
You can click on the question mark ( purple box) for additional information about the Ghouls point values and hints .
from the screen above if you click continue it will display for you todays prizes for each category, how many points it requires, your status of each level and the count down time till today’s prizes are rest
How many prizes can I get each day?
Each day there are three prizes up for grabs – a bronze, silver and gold one. Once you have all three you’ll have to wait until the next day to collect the next days prizes
What kinds of ghouls are there?
There are seven types of ghouls: zombies, ghosts, bats, hand-in-grave, vampire, mummy, alien. But some of these are extremely rare! Where will you find them?
Will the ghouls hurt my customers?
No. 
Your customers will continue to walk into your restaurant
Will the ghouls come into my restaurant?
Ghouls will only enter your garden area of your restaurant if you don’t have all 3 access points blocked off. They will not enter through your restaurant door.

What is going on? I can’t get the items from the crates, I get the message that I received too many gift today, try again 2morrow and I only opened 3 crates! If we can’t open all the crates what is the point?

My meter used to unable to reset either for 2 days, but it had fixed already. Although I didn’t celebrate Halloween (worship Satan), this game is fun to earn extra points. :bd

Btw I just want to say: for people out there that aren’t aware of this but celebrating Halloween DOES NOT mean you are worshiping Satan. I find that pretty offense and ignorant. >=(
You can celebrate any holiday just for the fun, like decorating your house, playing the holiday games, or eating the food.

I notice my meter didn’t reset when it’s a new day in RC but if I play the same time every day then it is okay. In other words the meter will reset after 24hrs, so my guess is that if you attack ghouls in the morning you can’t attack them again at night for the new special item.
Other than that annoying part. I really really like this new feature. I was getting bored of RC because there weren’t a lot of new dishes and the GK wasn’t offering old limited time recipe. There really is much to do then until this new feature popped up.
I hope RC will continue to come up with more innovated ideas for Thanksgiving or better yet Christmas. Last year I was in the hospital for over 2 months so I miss the whole Christmas spectacular. Playfish please please please throw in some old recipes or old furniture or create some even better than last years. =)
Oh and can we have a “12 days before Xmas” meter please. Clicking on reindeers, snowmans and elves. XD

Lots of complaining. Wow. But I think this is a cool feature. I’m not a huge fan of click on things (other than my arcades), but it’s nice to get PFC items.
How long does RC plan on having this feature? Also, will this be something we can expect for future holidays? Thanks.

I filled up my meter to gold but haven’t gotten the gold prize for today. I got the Bronze and Silver prizes, oddly enough.
Also, when I click the top of the pumpkin meter, nothing happens. It just shows me how many ghouls I’ve zapped in whatever resturaunt I’m in.
I got the first day’s prize. I missed yesterday’s but it seems to have reset for me anyway this time.

When you fullfil requirements, game disconnects, and even if you get through gold, there is no reward. And drink a cold water for it.

My meter does not reset and I’ve lost at least two rounds of gifts. From what I gather from the newsletter at least a bag of coins and from a friend the brain in a jar thing. Not sure what else. The only ones I’ve been able to get are the dracula and the mummy.
This sucks!!!
I play usually several times and this darn meter says “complete” on all levels but has yet to reset for SEVERAL days!!

I too am having trouble with my meter… does anyone know if there is a solution or if RC even knows about this? I think they need to acknowledge that there is a problem and they are fixing it fast!
Also if you missed the brain jar… i have one i will trade! I would love a rain cloud but I am open to other trades!

i play rc every day and the ghoul meter has not restarted three times so ive missed three gold prizes and i didnt get my mystery box prize yesturday ive look every where for it.. wtf
